Notes: All data provided by the Kansas Dept. of Education; years refer to school year. 20 mill property tax was reported as Local Aid in 2005 but is accurately reflected as State Aid beginning in 2015. Students and staff are shown in full time equivalents. Teachers as identified by KSDE. Manager includes superintendents, asst. superintendents, principals, asst. principals, directors, managers, instruction coordinators and curriculum specialists. Carryover cash represents unencumbered balances as of July 1 each year. KSDE developed new state assessment standards effective with the 2015 report and comparisons to prior years cannot be made. KSDE considers Level 2 to be grade-level but those students still require remedial training to be on track to be college and career ready. Beginning in 2018, kindergarten students are counted as full-time instead of half-time, resulting in an artificial increase in reported full-time enrollment.
